In a joint venture with Groupe Arnault, Exor (Agnelli family), De Agostini and AMS Industries, LOV Group has launched Banijay Group. It became one the world’s top independent audiovisual producer after merging with Zodiak Media in July 2015. That same year, Vivendi joined the newly created group as a minority shareholder.
Alongside the Société des Bains de Mer de Monaco (SBM) and within BetClic Everest Group, LOV Group manages international leading brands such as BetClic, bet-at-home.com, Everest, Expekt and MonteCarlo Casino. Today BetClic Everest Group is France’s leading online gambling operator.
LOV Hotel Collection includes the luxury resorts Les Airelles (Courchevel), Chalet Ormello (Courchevel), Aman le Mélézin (Courchevel), Chalet de Pierres (Courchevel), Pan Deï (Saint-Tropez) and Bastide de Gordes (Gordes).
With Direct Energie – initially in partnership with Louis Dreyfus group then with Jacques Veyrat, Jean-Paul Bize and EBM – LOV Group has chosen to invest in the energy sector, deregulated since 2007. In 2012, following its merger with Poweo Direct Energie became France leading alternative energy supplier with over 2 million clients by the end of 2016. In July 2018, French major Total acquired a 73% stake in Direct Energie for €1.4 billion.
LOV Group is also is committed alongside My Major Company, independent music label and one of French leading crowdfunding platform. With over 500,000 members, it is today one of the most successful crowdfunding platforms in the country, open to all kinds of initiatives: culture and entertainment, community-based projects, business ventures etc.
